ABOUT US
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
We are a private English language tutoring school which began in October 2015. We offer the hightest quality and excellent tutelage to our students, using technological interface of one-on-one interactions and group settings. We aim to edify, inspire and encourage all our students - whether young or young at heart.
We live by our motto, "dedit Deus sapientiam et scientiam et virtutem" (Latin), which means, "God gives wisdom, knowledge and strength".
The name of the establishment is in memory and honour of the late Veteran Educator and Broadcaster, Alice Jane Monica Rhodd of Montego Bay, Jamaica, West Indies.
Our offerings are not limited to native English speakers. Hence, we welcome every category of students (beginner, intermediate and advanced) desiring to efficiently speak and communicate in oral and written English via our varying course offerings.
We are passionate about delivering satisfactory services to a diverse range of individuals. Therefore, each lesson is tailored to meet the individual student's need(s). Hence, we are committed to treating each need with a great level of attention and respect.
The mode of delivery for each lesson is via online (e.g. Skype) and offline platforms (to be arranged and agreed upon between tutor and student) in guiding each student to develop fluency in the English language. Additionally, we are developing other courses to be presented in the near future.

LONG-TERM VISION
Our dream and expanded vision is to establish brick and mortar settings in Jamaica and in the United Kingdom. Also, as an affiliate of The Alice Rhodd Academy of English, we have a goal to introduce an early childhood institution (The Alice Rhodd ECI) in Jamaica and the UK.
